How To | Deliver Your Ad | Print


All ads should be delivered through our Preflight Ad Delivery Partners

We cannot accept ads via email or file transfer. All advertising we receive must be fit for print and have been checked (‘Preflighted’) by an approved method before we receive it.


 

AdFast / Qmuli

To deliver artwork to our titles you need an account with a preflight delivery vendor - we advise using Qmuli's AdFast.

You will need to set up an account directly with them and then you will have access to all of the bookings with us in your portal - just let us know the email address you use to sign up with.

IF you have logged into AdFast already, click the ‘Send Ad’ button on our site here and it will open the delivery window for that size in your portal.


URNs (Unique Reference Numbers)


All ads MUST be delivered with the correct URN entered in at the point of upload.

This URN allows us to match the creative you have sent to us with the correct booking. If your ad does not arrive with a valid URN, there is the possibility that it could be matched to the wrong booking.

How do I find my URN?

Once you login to AdFast, and tell us the email you used to sign up, we will link your email to your booking and it will appear there for you with all the details you need, including the URN.

Just email ci@news.co.uk and tell us your AdFast email + the clients you are sending ads for.
